We have created this website and online shopping for your convenience – you are able to shop online or visit any one of our stores for a wide variety of products we stock. We reserve the right to all contents on this website, which may not be copied or used for any other purpose.
Online Shopping and Payment

Beauty Value will deem a sale to be confirmed once products have been added to a basket and have been paid for electronically and are duly authorised, whereupon a tax invoice will be generated and sent to the customer with the goods.
Our online payment options are administered by PayFast, which is a specialist third party payment provider who is a trusted expert in online secure payments. Payments are made possible using Credit Cards – Visa or MasterCard, and Debit Cards – Visa or MasterCard.
Delivery
Free local delivery over R500 nationally, whoopy…
The Courier Guy Fees:
- R51.30 – Central Johannesburg , Pretoria, Sandton, Centurion, Midrand, Krugersdorp – delivered within 2 to 3 working days.
- R51.30 – Vereeniging, Vanderbijlpark, Randfontein, Magaliesburg, Hartbeespoort, Springs
– delivered within 2 to 3 working days. - R102.60 for 2kg or under – Cape Town, Durban, Port Elizabeth, East London, Bloemfontein, Limpopo, Western Cape, Northern Cape, Eastern Cape, Kwa-Zulu Natal, Mpumalanga, Free State
– delivered within 2 to 3 working days.
Standard delivery is up to 2kg, thereafter there will be additional costs.
Insurance is free up to the value of R1000.00, thereafter additional 2% of the value.
Normal delivery takes 2 – 3 working days from day of order placed and paid for. Beauty Value offers free delivery nationally on orders placed over R400.00. For any international orders, courier fees will apply. We will make every effort to ensure your delivery is within the time frame, but certain factors may affect delivery times and we cannot guarantee every order to be delivered within a specific time frame. Deliveries are made during office hours – 8am to 5pm Mondays to Fridays. Unfortunately, no deliveries will be made on weekends and public holidays.
Please be aware that we may be unable to deliver to certain outer lying areas, or it may cost the customer more in courier fees.
Please ensure that the correct address and person is available to accept the delivery. An additional delivery fee may apply if nobody is at the delivery address at the arranged time and the parcel is returned to the warehouse. The person who takes receipt of the parcel is deemed to be authorised to do so.
Order Cancellation and Returns

An order that has not yet been confirmed by Beauty Value may be amended by contacting us on (011)462-0130. Once an order is confirmed by Beauty Value, it cannot be cancelled or amended.
Customers are entitled to return the products within 7 (seven) days in their original packaging for a full refund, exchange or replacement. Delivery fees are non-refundable for cancelled orders or returned goods.
For hygiene reasons, personal grooming items, cosmetics and jewellery for any body piercings cannot be returned, except where defective.
